Tammie Rafferty is the Founder and Director of Project Believe. Her daughter, Mary, is her inspiration and her hero. They live an amazing life with their dog, Petey, in Tipp City, Ohio and can’t wait to see what happens next.
Lizz is a nonprofit program manager and data geek. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and brings diverse nonprofit experience to Project Believe. Lizz is an adjunct faculty member at Wright State and enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue dogs.
Heather is a registered nurse with 20 years of experience. Her love of crochet and desire to help others led her to Project Believe. On weekends she can be found with her husband cheering on their boys at football games, basketball games and swim meets.
Deann has 20+ years of experience serving on non-profit boards and as an advocate for children in foster care. She lives in Troy with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and a cat and can often be found riding her recumbent bike with the family along the Great Miami Recreational Trail.
As the owner of a clothing boutique, Nicolette loves to make women of all shapes and sizes feel beautiful. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in public relations and has extensive nonprofit sector experience. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and dining out with her husband and two sons.
Stacey is a Business Intelligence Developer in the healthcare industry and holds an MBA in finance and international business. In her spare time, she enjoys film, reading, running, and the occasional margarita.
