‘Tis the Season

We have experienced some ‘technical difficulties’ in the last few months, so have not had a presence on-line but we are now back in business. There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes to start making this a magical Christmas for the kids we believe in.
Just this week, Macy’s donated the beautiful bags (pictured above) we’ll stuff full of gifts for each child along with ‘a million reasons to believe’. We also took a day to shop at our local Kmart. With the help of their amazing manager and associates, we were able to secure the quantities of gifts we need at the best prices. We put blankets, toy cars, socks, gloves, and stockings in layaway.
Now we need YOUR help. What we need most is the money to get the kids’ gifts out of layaway and to purchase each child new pajamas. So the fastest, easiest way to help is through a tax-deductible donation. There is a PayPal button over there on the right for your convenience. You may also drop-off or mail donations to:

If you prefer to purchase specific items for the kids, we are still in need of the following:
  • crayons
  • coloring books
  • books
  • games
  • puzzles
  • playing cards
  • candy
  • toiletries
  • journals
  • pencils
We will take anything a typical child would love to unwrap on Christmas morning! (just no glass, metal, latex, play weaponry, or items with string) We have already received beautiful hand-crocheted scarves and hats for every child! We also have stuffed animals, socks, and calendars.
We will be providing Christmas gifts for 35 children: 16 girls, 11 boys, and filling 8 extra unisex bags in case there are more admissions between now and Christmas. If you would like to do something gender specific, the girls love makeup and nail polish and the boys love sports items. Their ages range from elementary aged kids to 18.
If you are local, watch for an article about Project Believe in this Friday’s Tipp City Weekly Record Herald and in this Sunday’s Troy Daily News. Also, letters and flyers have gone out to local businesses, so if you have connections – put a good word in for us! If you would like flyers or letters of your own to send, email us at to arrange a time pick them up.
Don’t forget to ‘like’ us on Facebook and share us with your friends so you don’t miss all of the excitement this holiday season!
